Capital Interchange Way will provide 420 new homes, of which 223 will be for private rental -which includes 12 discounted market rent homes, 112 shared ownership and85 for affordable rent.

The scheme will also offer 45,000 sq ft of commercial and retail space, designed to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ environmental and sustainability rating.
